May 10, 2016 นายฐากร ตัณฑสิทธิ์ เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (กสทช.) กล่าวในงานสัมมนาจิบน้ำชา : "ถอดรหัสบทเรียนประมูล 4G The series" ว่า บทเรียนที่ได้จากการประมูลคลื่น 900 MHz ในรอบที่ผ่านมาที่มีผู้เข้าประมูลทั้งสิ้น 4 ราย และมีผู้ชนะการประมูล คือ บริษัท ทรูมูฟ เอช ยูนิเวอร์แซล คอมมิวนิเคชั่น จำกัด และบริษัท แจส โมบาย บรอดแบรนด์ จำกัด ซึ่งปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ทั้งนี้ แจส โมบายฯ ไม่สามารถมาชำระเงินค่าใบอนุญาตฯได้ เนื่องจากติดปัญหาในเรื่องของหนังสือค้ำประกันของธนาคาร (แบงก์การันตี) ซึ่งจากการตรวจสอบของทางคณะทำงานพิจารณาความเสียหายดังกล่าว พบว่าเป็นการฮั้วกันของสถาบันการเงินในการกหนดวงเงินการปล่อยสินเชื่อไว้ก่อนที่การประมูลจะเกิดขึ้น ทำให้ส่งผลถึงผู้เข้าร่วมประมูลไม่สามารถเคาะราคาไปเกินกว่าวงเงินสินเชื่อดังกล่าว ซึ่งในกรณีแจส โมบาย มีการกำหนดวงเงินสินเชื่อ จากธนาคารกรุงเทพไว้ที่ 40,000 ล้านบาท อย่างไรก็ตาม นายฐากร มองว่าการกระทำดังกล่าวของสถาบันการเงินเป็นเหมือนการกำหนดตัวผู้ชนะประมูลทางอ้อม แสดงให้เห็นว่าประเทศไทยยังไม่หลุดพ้น...

Moving Company that easy word why you not understand it and why you should to write and learn about it. That in my mind before I write about new word for learning English. I Know word "Moving". "Learning Disability is a neurological disorder." I found this sentent when I searched some new word for learning my English. first time I though that mean "การไม่รู้หนังสือ"  or "illiteracy"  and การรู้หนังสือ : =  "Literacy" illiteracy mean someone that can not reading due to never to study or never go to school. Neurological same as nervous system. "Dis" is Prefix word mean "NOT" Learing Disability  can't be cured or fixed; it is a lifelong issue.
