New word for me : "Colon Ceansing" 

I have been constantly practice English. However I am still bad English.

One plan for improve my English skill is writing my blog in english everday.

but I give up many time because I don't the idea or topic for writing.

Now, I got some idea that I will choose some words that new for me. I will descript the meaning it and tell in English.

First I pick up a word "Colon Cleansing"


I confess to you that first time when I see this word I though about "Cologne Perfume"

but when I searched from google I feel confuse when I saw picture about inside the body or "Intestine".

and after serching I will found so many new word like as below

all about cleaning inside colon it all about health that I unable to explain that how to work or how to cleanse your colon.
